WeTel Education – Sweden
Canadian OSSD Dual Diploma (Part-Time Online Program)
These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, fee structure, academic requirements, and participation in the WeTel Education OSSD Dual Diploma Program. By enrolling, the student and parent/guardian agree to all terms stated herein.
1. Legal Status & Jurisdiction
1.1 WeTel Education is a
Sweden-based educational establishment, and all operations are governed under the
laws, regulations, and taxation policies of Sweden.
1.2 All fees are subject to
applicable Swedish taxes, which shall be borne by the student/parent.
2. Program Structure
2.1 The program is a
Dual Diploma (Part-Time Online) OSSD Certification.
2.2 Students will continue their regular schooling while completing OSSD credits online.
2.3 The program is delivered in collaboration with an
authorized Canadian academic partner (Ontario-inspected school).
3. Registration & Enrollment
3.1 A
one-time registration fee of USD $500 per student is mandatory prior to program commencement.
3.2 Enrollment is confirmed only after:
- Submission of required documents
- Payment of registration fee
- Payment of first installment
3.3 Registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
4. Admission & Documentation Requirements
4.1 For first-time enrollment, the following are mandatory:
- Previous grade transcripts
- Certified mark sheet
- Academic records
4.2 For every academic year (Grade 9–12):
- Updated school transcripts
- Certified assessment reports
- Supporting academic documents
4.3 Failure or delay in submission of documents:
- May lead to academic delay, fee implications, or cancellation
- Will not qualify for refund under any circumstances
5. Fee Structure – Grade 9 Enrollment (WE4 Program Code)
Program Format: 1 + 1 + 2 + 4 Credits (Total 8 Credits in 4 Years)
Total Duration: 48 Months
Total Learning Hours: 880 Hours
Subjects: 8 Subjects
Grade 9 (Year 1)

Total Program Fee (Grade 9–12)
- Monthly Subscription: USD $184
- Total Installments: 8 (2 per year)
- Each Installment: USD $1,104
- Total Fee (4 Years): USD $8,832
6. Installment Structure
- Installments are payable twice per year (every 6 months in advance)

7. Fee Structure for Other Entry Levels
Grade 10 Entry
- Format: 2 + 2 + 4 Credits
- Fee and installments will be proportionally calculated
Grade 11 Entry
- Format: 4 + 4 Credits
- Fee will be adjusted based on remaining credits
Grade 12 Entry
- Format: 8 Credits in 1 Year
- Total fee divided into 2 installments
8. Payment Terms
8.1 All payments must be made in
USD ($) only.
8.2 Currency conversion charges shall be borne by the student.
8.3
6 months fee must be paid in advance.
8.4 Fee once paid is
strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Late Payment Policy
9.1 Delay up to 15 days: Allowed with notice
9.2 Delay beyond 15 days:
- USD $100 per week penalty
9.3 Delay beyond 2 months:
- Enrollment may be cancelled or suspended
- Subject to management decision
10. Discounts
- 2 siblings: 20% tuition fee discount
- 3–4 siblings: 30% tuition fee discount
11. Academic Requirements
11.1 Minimum
110 learning hours per subject per year is mandatory.
11.2 Minimum
70% attendance is compulsory.
11.3 Students must complete:
- Assignments
- Coursework
- Final assessments
11.4 Failure to meet academic requirements may result in:
- Course failure
- Credit denial
12. Assessment & Certification
12.1 Final assessment includes:
- Coursework (internal)
- Final evaluation (as per OSSD guidelines)
- Review of existing school academic records
12.2 Credits and diploma are issued by the Canadian academic partner in compliance with Ontario Ministry standards.
13. Community & Academic Integrity (William Academy Standards)
13.1 Students must comply with:
- Academic honesty policies
- No plagiarism or cheating
- Authentic submission of work
13.2 Any violation may result in:
- Academic penalties
- Credit cancellation
14. Attendance & Participation
14.1 Students must actively participate in:
- Online classes
- Assignments
- Academic sessions
14.2 Valid medical or serious cases will be considered only with official documentation.
15. No Refund Policy
15.1 No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:
- Withdrawal
- Academic performance
- Visa issues
- Personal reasons
16. Transfer & Withdrawal
16.1 No Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued if:
- Student leaves mid-year
- Final assessments are not completed
17. Liability Disclaimer
17.1 WeTel is not responsible for:
- Technical issues
- Internet disruptions
- Payment gateway failures
18. Consent
18.1 Payment of fees constitutes:
- Full legal acceptance of all terms and conditions
- Binding agreement by student and parent/guardian.
