Registration Fee Policy and Enrollment Conditions

The one-time registration fee is strictly non-refundable and is charged for processing the student’s application for the OSSD Dual Diploma Certification (Part-Time, Online) under the Canadian secondary school curriculum.

This program allows students to complete a total of 8 OSSD credits over a period of up to four (4) years, from Grade 9 to Grade 12.

At this stage, payment of the registration fee does not confirm enrollment. The fee is collected to facilitate:

• Verification of the candidate’s academic credentials
• Evaluation of eligibility as per program requirements
• Processing of official enrollment documentation

Admission is subject to successful review of the candidate’s past and current academic records.

• If the candidate meets the eligibility criteria, enrollment will be formally confirmed.
• If the candidate does not meet the required criteria, the application will be declined.

WeTel will communicate the outcome of the evaluation in both cases.

Please note:

• No justification or detailed explanation for application rejection will be provided.
• No further correspondence regarding rejected applications will be entertained.

Proceeding with the payment of the registration fee shall be deemed as full understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
